Patricia Apollonia Kotero (born Patricia Apollonia Kotero) is a famous American actress, singer, and former model. The actress was the co-star in Prince's 1984 film Purple Rain, and the vocalist for the girl group Apollonia 6 The actor and singer named Apollonia by Prince became one of the many female musicians in the '80s to benefit from her association with the Purple One. She was born Patricia Kotero in Santa Monica California in 1959 her career began as a model actress in the late '70s with a role in the television series CHiPS. In 1984, the actress was a part of the main lady in Prince's Purple Rain. (During this time period, she changed her name.)
